Terms of Service

Terms for using Notre-Dame Companion.

1. Introduction. These Terms govern your use of Notre-Dame Companion, a reservation-assistance and digital companion service operated by FON Group, Inc.

2. Operator information. Operator: FON Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation. Mailing address: 2803 Philadelphia Pike, Suite B #1850, Claymont, DE 19703, United States. Contact: support@notredamecompanion.com.

3. Definitions. "Notre-Dame Companion," "we," "us," and "our" mean FON Group, Inc. operating this service. "Customer," "you," and "your" mean the person purchasing or using the service.

4. Description of the service. Notre-Dame Companion provides reservation assistance, digital companion content, practical visit guidance, audio/history guide content, nearby and interior route content, and email support.

5. Reservation-assistance service. We attempt to secure a free official reservation for your selected visit window, subject to official availability. Official reservation details are delivered when secured.

6. Digital companion content. Digital content may include web guide access, practical visit guidance, interior route content, nearby recommendations, and audio/history guide content depending on the package purchased.

7. Independence and non-affiliation. Notre-Dame Companion is an independent reservation-assistance and digital companion service operated by FON Group, Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by Notre-Dame de Paris, the Diocese of Paris, or the official reservation portal. Cathedral entry is free, and official reservations are free and subject to availability. Your payment covers our assistance service and digital companion content, not cathedral entry.

8. Cathedral access and official reservations. Cathedral entry is free. Official reservations are free. We do not sell tickets, cathedral entry, or official reservation slots. Reservation assistance is subject to official availability.

9. Customer authorization. You authorize FON Group, Inc. / Notre-Dame Companion to use the submitted visit information to attempt reservation assistance for your visit.

10. Customer responsibilities. You are responsible for accurate email, names, visit date, preferred time, visitor count, checking emails and access pages, and arriving according to official instructions.

11. Account/access. We may provide access through a web access page or account. You are responsible for keeping access details secure.

12. Prices and payment. Stripe currently processes checkout. Paddle may be used in the future as Merchant of Record or payment processor. We do not store card details.

13. Delivery. Digital companion content is delivered immediately after payment. Reservation-assistance result or status is delivered when secured or updated.

14. Refunds and cancellation. See our Refund Policy. Customer cancellation receives a 100% refund if requested at least 72 hours before the initial selected/reserved visit time. You are also eligible for a full refund if the promised reservation-assistance outcome cannot be provided in time.

15. EU/consumer withdrawal and immediate digital delivery. At checkout, you request immediate start of the reservation-assistance service and immediate digital content delivery. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights that may apply.

16. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the service, submit false information, interfere with systems, or use content outside personal visit planning.

17. Intellectual property. The website, text, design, digital companion content, and audio/history materials are owned by or licensed to FON Group, Inc. unless otherwise stated.

18. Third-party services. We use providers including Supabase, Vercel, Resend, Stripe, Cookiebot, Google, Meta, PostHog, Cloudflare, and Sentry as described in our Privacy Policy.

19. Availability and changes. We may update content, prices, packages, and service operations. Official availability and cathedral rules are outside our control.

20. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for official availability, cathedral decisions, late arrival, incorrect customer information, or events outside our reasonable control.

21. Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled.

22. Governing law. These Terms are governed by Delaware law, without limiting mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply.
